Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping — Australia Most orders are shipped via standard delivery and arrive within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Fragile & Oversized Items Certain products (including train sets and fragile items) are shipped via a specialist carrier and may incur an additional flat-rate shipping fee of $16.00. Delivery for these items is 5–15 business days.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
